United Kingdom

The United Kingdom is another great place to incorporate your company.

The entire process can be done online, and costs £12 (~US$15).

In the UK, the corporate tax rate depends on the company’s profits:

  • For companies with profits under £50,000, the small profits rate is 19%.
  • For companies with profits over £250,000, the main rate is 25%.
  • Companies with profits between £50,000 and £250,000 will pay tax at the main rate, reduced by a marginal relief.

Hong Kong

Hong Kong is another great place to incorporate your company. Everything can be done online, and for as low as HK$1,545 (~US$200).

Hong Kong as a flat corporate tax rate of 16.5%. This is halved to 8.25% on the first HK$2.5 million. (~US$320,000).

Here's what's required to incorporate your company in Hong Kong:

  • A company name
  • A company secretary; this can be any person who is a permanent Hong Kong resident
  • A registered office address; this can be a virtual office

After that you can simply u their online portal to incorporate your business.

Keep in mind that you'll also need to file yearly tax reports, so you'll need to find a local accountant to handle this for you.

Singapore

Singapore is another attractive country in Asia to incorporate your company.
